Yes, but timing is important. Orders can be changed or cancelled within2 hours of placing them. If you need to make adjustments—such as changing the shipping address, updating the item quantity, or cancelling entirely—please contact us immediately at support@bangeofficialstore.com. After the 2-hour window, your order may already be in processing or shipped, in which case you will need to follow our returns process once you receive your items.

At the moment, we do not offer installment payments or financing plans. All purchases need to be paid in full at checkout. However, we are actively reviewing installment and “buy now, pay later” providers and may introduce these options in the near future to give our customers more flexibility.

Yes, every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code and a link to the courier’s website. This allows you to follow your shipment from dispatch all the way to your doorstep.

Standard shipping within Europe usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed, while shipping to the USA takes up to 10 business days. We are also in the process of adding express shipping options, which will allow you to receive your order faster for an additional fee.
