If you are sending it back because you changed your mind, the return postage is yours. Email support@bangeofficialstore.com with your order number before you ship anything and we will send you the right return address.
If your bag turned up damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong one, that is on us. We pay the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full.

The 22 to 35L version (31 × 25 × 47 cm, 1.5 kg) fits a 15.6" laptop and suits commuting and weekend trips. The 35 to 45L version (34 × 27 × 52 cm, 1.8 kg) fits a 17" laptop and holds more for week-long travel.
Does it fit airline cabin limits?
The 22 to 35L size is 31 × 25 × 47 cm. Height and width are inside 55 × 40 × 20 cm, but at 25 cm deep it's 5 cm over that depth limit. The 35 to 45L size is 52 cm tall and 27 cm deep, so check your airline before flying with it full.
Where do I keep my passport?
In the hidden pocket on the back panel. It sits against your back while you wear the bag.
Does it attach to a suitcase?
Yes. The luggage strap on the back slides over the handle of a rolling suitcase.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Send it back unused and undamaged with the tags attached, in its original packaging. Return postage is yours if you changed your mind. If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we pay the postage and replace it or refund you in full.
