Instead of invoicing every order, you hold a pre-funded credit balance. Product and logistics costs come off it as each parcel leaves. When it runs low we tell you, and you top up the same amount.

Volumetric weight drives cost
Freight is priced on dimensional weight, not the scale. Box size matters more than what the parcel actually weighs.
Pack pouches separately
Bundling a small pouch (3067, 3066) with a backpack in one parcel can push the cost well above shipping the backpack alone. Ship it on its own, or pack it inside the bag it pairs with.
Large orders may split
Where a market's customs rules set per-parcel limits, orders above two backpacks are sent as separate shipments to stay inside them.
How we work together
No app. People, a group chat and one live sheet.
We are a direct factory, not a SaaS platform, so there is no automated Shopify app, product feed or API. What you get instead is a short line to the people packing your orders. If you would rather buy stock in bulk, that runs through our wholesale programme instead.

Order details go in the group, with our logistics department head in it alongside you. Same-day answers, no ticket queue.

Dropshipping or wholesale.
Both run from the same factory and the same catalog. The difference is who holds the stock and when you pay for it. If you want volume pricing and your own inventory, the wholesale programme is the better fit.

Dropshipping FAQ.
Do I need to hold stock?
No. This is individual-order dropshipping. You hold nothing. We ship each order from the factory as it comes in, with a limited selection of models held in regional warehouses in limited quantities.
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
BANGE is the manufacturer. You are buying from the factory that makes the bags, not from a trading company or a middleman supplier, which is why the margin that usually disappears into a middle layer stays with you. The UK entity behind the store is Redlight Global Ltd.
Is there an MOQ or minimum order?
There is no MOQ on dropshipping. A single unit is a real order and ships on its own. Minimum order quantities only apply on the wholesale side, where you buy stock in bulk at volume pricing.
Which countries can you ship to?
The USA, Canada, the UK and most of Europe ship Delivered Duty Paid, so customs is already covered. Outside those markets the courier collects duties from the end customer, and we tell you which countries those are before you sell there. Our full shipping policy has the detail.
How does the $500 credit work?
You pre-fund $500 USD and product plus shipping costs are deducted as each order leaves. When the balance runs low we tell you and you top up the same amount. It is fully refundable if you stop, minus the bank transfer fee. Bank transfer is $500; card payment is $515 because of the processing commission.
How much does it cost to start?
$500 USD, and that money is not a fee. It sits on your account as credit and is spent on your own orders. There is no membership fee, no monthly subscription and no setup charge. A sample, if you want one first, is $90 USD per piece shipped DDP.
Why is BS2 pricing higher than BS1?

What does shipping cost?
Freight is priced on volumetric weight, so box size matters more than the scale. Our UK lane averages around £8.50 per kilo of volumetric weight. Real orders have landed at $18.93, $23.19 and $33.63 including tax and the $1 operational fee. Exact freight is confirmed after packing.
How fast is delivery?
Orders leave the factory in 1 to 2 days and standard transit is 6 to 11 business days. Recent UK deliveries landed in 6.9, 8.0 and 9.7 calendar days.
How do returns work?
A manufacturing fault is ours: we pay return shipping and replace the unit. A change of mind costs the shipping back to our UK warehouse, nothing on top. The same principles as our retail returns and exchange policy and warranty apply.
Can parcels ship without my pricing inside?
Yes. On request parcels go out neutral: no invoice, no pricing and no promotional material inside. Product branding only, nothing that points back at us.
Is there a Shopify app or API?
No. Orders run through a private WhatsApp group and a live shared sheet, with a Shopify import template for your listings. If you want your own branding on the bag itself, that runs through customization.
Can I sell BANGE on Amazon, eBay or Etsy?
Yes, marketplace sellers are welcome and neutral parcels suit that model well. Tell us the marketplaces and markets you sell into when you apply, because some listings need the official distribution document, which we issue from 500 backpacks a month.
How long does approval take?
We reply to every application, usually the same working day, and accounts are normally open within 24 hours of the credit balance landing. There is no application fee and no obligation.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Samples are $90 USD per piece, shipped DDP, before or after you open the account. Browse the range in all backpacks, or contact us if you want a recommendation for your market.
